World in conflict vista problems

You have to make sure you don't have an older version of the maps in your map folder! Make sure to delete all older versions you might have of these maps before downloading the latest versions the ones linked above. Also make sure the downloaded file isn't corrupt - delete the failed download in that case and download it again.

You will need the same version of these maps in order to play them on our servers. Note: Applying this fix should not be necessary. However, some people have reported problems loading this map. Looking for something new? However, we think these maps deserve to be tested and probably released, so there is a custom map server for them.

If this folder does not exist, create it and download the official maps as well! Contact us on Discord to be part of this list. Below you will find fresh maps that may be part of the map test server's rotation or other quick matches.

Got the game to work on Prevention, and ran as administrator. Solved: World in Conflict It is not on a virtual drive. The game used the original DVD. It tells me that the install was fine, with a game called World In Conflict. Have tried compatibility mode for Windows difference. When i try to launch the game, i see it on taskbar, Nothing no files are missing. I seem to have a problem else happens and then it just goes back to desktop and that's it.

Everyone says to uninstall WiC vanilla to get around the issues with launching the game, and they say that the Soviet Assault contains all the files for WiC vanilla, yet when I start a campaign, it starts the soviet assault campaign. Oh and it crashes at the first cutscene as well.
