I interviewed back in August through a recruiting program at my school but also had to apply through USAJobs. For those of you who received emails to interview, did you participate in campus recruiting or apply directly through USAJobs?
Feels wild to have done one half-hour interview one time in August and then just I applied July They said second rounders will be sent out in about a month or so.
I've applied to several honors programs but am curious to know if there's a timeline for DHS interviews. Re: DOL Honors hiring process, my understanding is that there are two rounds of interviews for both the main office and regional office hiring paths. Interviewed at OCI early September. My status has stayed at "Referred" since applying. I asked in the interview what the process is moving forward, and they told me that there are usually two interviews at least for the National Office.

Quick links. Got a screener request for the DoL's program today. Anyone else have any updates? Does anyone know if this is a screener or does DOL have more than one interview? If you are a finalist with a regional office you may have another interview though. I assume it's still pretty early in the process though just from looking at previous years' threads. Just curious if this cutoff is taken seriously. I applied in late August and was "referred for further consideration" but want to check if I should give up hope.
So I have no idea what your shot actually is, but you almost certainly haven't been ruled out yet. Fedgov just doesn't schedule interviews until after all the apps are in. They ended up emailing me for an interview!
